I am Ken Graczak, a Bloomington Minnesota mortgage broker with more than 20 years of experience helping homebuyers feel confident and informed throughout the mortgage process. I work with CFR Mortgage, an independent mortgage broker based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and I operate as a local loan officer serving Bloomington, the Twin Cities, and clients in both Wisconsin and Florida.

My path into the mortgage industry started with my own family. Growing up, we did not know the steps to homeownership, and that experience shaped the way I work today. My goal is to give people the information and guidance we never had. I believe in clear communication, simple explanations, and showing buyers options that genuinely fit their situation.

My wife, Stephanie, and I run our mortgage team together. She keeps the process organized behind the scenes, and I focus on strategy, problem solving, and making sure every buyer understands the plan from start to finish. Being an independent mortgage broker allows me to compare multiple lenders, which helps clients explore more choices and create a smarter financial path toward homeownership.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including owning and operating a successful family insurance agency, she brings a strong mix of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for the families she serves.

Throughout her career she has guided clients through important decisions that protect their biggest assets. That same service first mindset is now at the center of Team Graczak. Stephanie oversees communication, keeps the loan process moving, and makes sure every homebuyer understands what is happening at each step. Her ability to simplify complex information and stay two steps ahead helps create the smooth, personal experience clients expect from a trusted local mortgage broker.
